A Rotta Love Benefit Show
Monday, March 26th, 2012Framing my contribution to A Rotta Love’s Benefit Show, titled DEVIANT ART: DISPELLING MYTHS. Gig Poster, New Zine, and Gallery Photos! (March Is Busy)
Tuesday, March 20th, 2012This week was a monster!
First on the docket is the new ANDREW JACKSON JIHDAD gig poster that’s now available in the store!
Also ‘SELF-PORTRAITS: FOLIO ONE’ is now available for purchase! This zine is a collection of my self-portrait illustration series, including ‘The Crying Series,’ which is not on the internet.
CHICAGO ZINE FEST was a good time. Thanks so much to everyone who came by the table! Your support is always amazing. I don’t actually have any photos from the event, but thanks everyone. My heart grew a hundred times its original size.
This past Friday was the opening of LONGING FOR HOME: READER’S ART 12 at the Susan Hensel Gallery! My book Going Back was included in the show. Here are some shots from the party:

And final news is that yesterday I was recorded for the LUTEFISK SUSHI PODCAST! It’ll be online April 5th.
Chicago Zine Fest & Drift Station Show!
Saturday, March 3rd, 2012I’ll be attending the Chicago Zine Fest, March 9 – 10! I’ll be exhibiting on March 10th, on the 8th floor at table 68:

And this weekend was the opening of BOOKSTORE, a group show I’m a part of at the Drift Station gallery in Lincoln, Nebraska! Here’s a shot from last night, with my books It was their first spring and Castles in view:
There will be another opening on April 6, and the show is up until April 25.
