I’m Back!: Photos from Farm Sanctuary
I spent the month of May in California, at Farm Sanctuary’s Orland shelter. It was an incredible time that’s difficult to describe. I volunteered as a Shelter Intern, where I cared for animals, and met over a hundred new friends (about eight of them being human). I painted lots of watercolors and kept a daily journal; out of these artifacts I will make “a thing.” As that is what artists do. But, to satisfy your appetite in the immediate, I also took tons of photos. Here are a few that I thought best represented one of the most amazing experiences I’ve been a part of.

I’m glad I stumbled upon these photos. I miss that place so much. All these new animals since I was there, and some beautiful familiar faces!
